By agreeing to these terms and agreements, you are stating that Our Towns and their Big Adventures LLC has the rights to use any proprietary information as deemed necessary, including, but not limited to trademarks, logos, copyrights and images that you may provide to Our Towns and their Big Adventures LLC to be included on the Our Towns and their Big Adventures website.  In the event that you do not have these rights, you will take responsibility so that Little Shops, Big Adventures LLC does not experience any damages.

You also agree to collaborate with Our Towns and their Big Adventures LLC, by allowing marketing materials such as business cards and 8.5 x 11 flyers to be displayed in your small business to promote everyone within the Our Towns and their Big Adventures LLC community.

After your original business listing submission, you are allowed 2 revisions to your business listing during the remainder of your annual membership with Our Towns and their Big Adventures LLC.  Business listing updates are done during the last week of each month

Within the last 30 days of your membership, a reminder will be sent regarding your listing renewal.

New business listings are approved on the 15th and 30th of each month.  Notification of when your membership period begins/ends will be sent out once your listing becomes active.
